How do credits work?
1 credit = $1. A workstation is a fixed plan paid in credits: Daily 63, Weekly 188 or Monthly 375 credits, charged once when your Mac is assigned. Plans do not renew.
Can I cancel anytime?
There are no subscriptions to cancel. You simply buy credits when you need them, and they never expire.
What if I run out of credits?
Your workspace will pause gracefully. You can top up credits instantly and resume where you left off.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
