Exactly how and when you are charged, with no surprises.

Plans and prices: A workstation is a dedicated Apple Silicon Mac, sold as a fixed plan paid in credits: Daily (1 day) 63 credits, Weekly (7 days) 188 credits, Monthly (30 days) 375 credits. One credit is one US dollar. There is no per-minute or per-hour metering.
When charging starts: The plan’s credits are deducted once, when our workstation provider confirms that a Mac has been assigned to you. If no Mac is free, your order waits in a queue (this can take up to an hour during busy times): nothing is charged while it waits, the credits are only set aside, and you can cancel it at no cost. An order that cannot be filled within 24 hours is closed automatically and nothing is charged.
Storage, network and other resources: There are no additional fees. Storage, network traffic and all other resources used by the workstation are included in the plan price. We do not meter or bill bandwidth, egress or disk separately.
When a plan ends: A plan runs until the expiry date shown on your Devices page and then ends. It does not renew and credits are never taken a second time; to keep working you launch a new plan, charged in full at that point. Because plans are prepaid, ending early does not refund the unused time.
