Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel services on the Flux platform operated by Kitnetic Solutions Ltd. We strive to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible.

2. Workstation Sessions

Workstation sessions can be cancelled at any time:

• You may stop a running workstation session at any time from your dashboard
• Credits are consumed on a per-minute basis during active sessions
• No additional charges apply after you stop a session
• Sessions automatically stop when your credit balance reaches zero

3. Projects and Tasks

For projects assigned to executors (freelancers):

• Tasks can be cancelled before an executor accepts them at no charge
• Once an executor begins work, partial payment may be required based on work completed
• Contact support to discuss task cancellation after work has begun

4. Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are non-cancellable once completed. However, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

5. Account Cancellation

You may close your Flux account at any time:

• Go to Settings > Account > Close Account, or contact support
• Any remaining credits will be forfeited unless you request a refund first
• Active workstation sessions will be terminated
• Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

6. Executor Cancellation

If you are registered as an executor (freelancer), you may resign from the program at any time by contacting support. You must complete any active tasks before resignation, and pending earnings will be paid out according to our standard payment schedule.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for credit packs, provided the credits have not been used. To exercise this right, contact us at support@flux.express with your withdrawal request.
