• Transaction and payment records (needed for AML/KYC compliance and dispute handling) are retained for at least 5 years after the transaction, per our AML Policy.
• Support communications are retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for quality and dispute purposes.
