1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Kitnetic Solutions Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Flux provides on-demand cloud computing services, including access to remote macOS workstations powered by Apple Silicon, as well as human executor services for task delegation. Services are provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.

5. Payment Terms

All purchases are one-time transactions. Credits purchased do not expire. Refunds are available for unused credits within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Cryptocurrency mining (strictly prohibited, results in immediate termination)
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other users

7. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Upon session termination, all user data is securely wiped from our systems within 24 hours.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitnetic Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or your use of our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team.
