Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Kitnetic Solutions Ltd accepts the following payment methods for purchasing credits on the Flux platform:

• Visa credit and debit cards
• Mastercard credit and debit cards

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. Credit System

Flux operates on a credit-based system. Key points:

• Credits are purchased in advance and added to your account balance
• Credits never expire and remain valid as long as your account is active
• Larger credit packs include bonus credits (3% to 12% depending on pack size)
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

3. Pricing

Credit purchases made through the checkout on flux.express are priced and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices include applicable taxes where required. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

Executor task budgets and payouts are denominated separately, in the currency shown on the task (typically EUR), and are not affected by USD checkout pricing — see Section 7.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4. Payment Processing

When you make a purchase:

• Your payment is processed immediately through our secure payment provider
• Credits are added to your account upon successful payment confirmation
• You will receive an email receipt for your records
• Transaction history is available in your account dashboard

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, credits will not be added to your account. Common reasons for payment failure include:

• Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
• Card expired or invalid card details
• Transaction blocked by your bank

Please contact your card issuer if payments are repeatedly declined.

6. Invoicing

Invoices are automatically generated for all purchases and can be downloaded from your account dashboard. For custom invoicing requirements (e.g., for Expert+ customers), please contact our support team.

7. Currency and Exchange Rates

Credit purchases are charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in a different currency, your card issuer will convert the amount using their exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees are determined by your card issuer.

Executor tasks (project work booked through the platform) are budgeted, escrowed, and paid out in the currency displayed on the task — by default EUR, and shown per task before you confirm. Executor withdrawals are processed in that same currency. USD checkout pricing does not apply to executor task budgets or payouts.

8. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information:

• Secure payment processing via Visa and Mastercard
• TLS 1.3 encryption for all transactions
• 3D Secure authentication where supported
• Fraud detection and prevention systems
